Catalyzing research

Projects housed at the Center for the Study of Religion and Conflict turn data into insights about the forces shaping our world.

Through faculty seed grants and collaborative initiatives, the Center catalyzes new research, brings ideas and scholars together, and creates opportunities for emerging lines of inquiry to take shape. From climate change and democratic resilience to misinformation, migration, authoritarianism and the changing role of religion in public life, our work reveals how religion intersects with urgent social challenges and  — more importantly — why understanding those connections matters.
